The CCN informs you that access to and use of the portal, as well as the services or contents that may be obtained through it, are subject to the terms detailed in this Legal Notice, without prejudice to the fact that access to any of said services or contents may require the acceptance of other types of conditions that will be previously shown to you.

Therefore, if you do not agree with the considerations detailed in this Legal Notice, please do not make use of the portal, since any use you make of it or of the services and contents included in it will imply the full and unreserved acceptance of the legal terms included in this text.

The CCN reserves the right to make changes to the portal without prior notice, with the aim of updating, correcting, modifying, adding or eliminating the contents of the portal or its design. This website, as well as the contents (including databases, text, audio, video and software files), designs and services that comprise it are owned and controlled by the CCN, and are protected without limitation by Spanish industrial and intellectual property laws, as well as by the different international treaties that may be applicable. Likewise, the trademarks, signs, distinctive signs or logos of the National Cybersecurity Forum that appear on the website are the property of the CCN, and as such are duly registered.

The use, total or partial reproduction, distribution, public communication, including the making available of all or part of the contents of this website, transformation, translation, adaptation or any other similar or analogous activity is strictly prohibited unless prior written authorisation has been obtained from the CCN. The licence to use any content of this portal granted to the user is limited to the downloading by the user of said content and the private use thereof, provided that the aforementioned content remains unaltered.

Use of IP addresses and browsing with cookies

The navigation of a user on this Portal, as on any other website, leaves as a trace the IP address that has been assigned to him/her by his/her Internet access provider for that session. The relationship between CCN and the user shall be governed by the Spanish legislation in force, regardless of the user's legal environment. The resolution of any controversy that may arise from the visit to the website, or from the use of the services that may be offered therein, shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid.

Multilanguage version

The website of the National Cybersecurity Forum is translated into several official Spanish languages in their respective territories, in accordance with the provisions of Article 3 of the Spanish Constitution of 1978 and its Statutes of Autonomy. It is also translated into a foreign language (English).

The content of the portal is translated according to the different levels of depth. The sections that are continually updated are excluded from the translation, given the immediacy of the changes proposed therein, as well as the legal regulations.

It should be noted that, in general, there may be a time lag between the Spanish version and the other languages, due to the translation process.
